Ordering: Order on-line, phone, or fax.

Our telephone hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday-Friday.

FOR SECURITY PURPOSES WE WILL TELEPHONE YOU FOR ORDER PROCESSING AND VERIFICATION.

Payment Methods: Discover, Visa, Master Card, and AMEX are available for all purchases. Sorry, no CODs.

Delivery: Most items will be shipped within 6 weeks of receipt of order.

Insurance: All items shipped are insured for full value until delivered to your location.

Applicable sales tax rates apply.

Order Tracking: To determine the status of your order, e-mail: OneFullTimeDiva@yahoo.com  include your order date, name, and billing address. We'll acknowledge your e-mail upon receipt and provide you with a status report within 1 business day.

Order Cancellation: To cancel your order, e-mail: OneFullTimeDiva@yahoo.com In your e-mail, include your order number, name, billing address, and items being cancelled. Once an order has been received, there will be a cancellation fee of $25.00. If cancellation is received after 24 hours of placement of order, a cancellation fee of 30% of purchase will apply. You are responsible for shipping and handling charges both ways of cancelled orders that have been shipped.

Returns: We offer a 3-day satisfaction money back guarantee. If within 3 days of receipt you are not pleased with your order, please e-mail: OneFullTimeDiva@yahoo.com for a return authorization (at our own discretion). Send it back to us in unworn condition with original tags attached, in original packaging. Upon return, after a complete inspection and approval, we will process an exchange or refund (less postage/packing charges). Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice. We recommend as it is mandatory that you send your return via FedEx, or second day UPS service. For your own protection, you must insure merchandise for full value. If your return is for exchange, please mark "Exchange" boldly on the outer carton. Approved refunds will be made in the manner of original payment. Please allow 2 to 3 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.

Security: When you make a purchase, our server uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to connect with you. This protocol will encrypt your credit card information, guarding it from interception and misuse. Your security and safe shopping environment is our primary concern.

Warranty: Limited 1 year warranty from date of purchase, provided that the fur is stored and conditioned every year with proof from a professional furrier. We guarantee all merchandise against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Defects will be corrected without cost to customer. We are not responsible for those items subjected to excessive wear, abuse or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Additionally, the insurance and protection of your merchandise is solely your responsibility and we shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or resulting damages that may occur.
